During my Industry Project at Howest I worked with Cluma, a manufacturer of industrial cranes and hoisting equipment, on a tool that keeps their asset data in Odoo complete and correct. That information was often scattered across documents, incomplete or out of date.

Together with a small team I built a full-stack web application that lets you select an asset and automatically searches the company network for relevant documents, quotes, datasheets and delivery notes. Using OCR and AI the tool extracts useful values, proposes corrections, and pushes the approved data back to Odoo through its API after validation. I contributed to both the Vue front-end and the FastAPI back-end, including the Odoo integration and the document scanning pipeline.
